Broken Water Pail - Chilly Quill - 01-27-2013
It seems that I can't use the watering pail on any of the plants. This is making it impossible to grow any delicate flowers. Can anyone confirm this, or is it just me?

you can only water the plant once per stage.

you are supposed to wait...... you don't just water a plant once if you want it to live forever.
