Solve the high temperature of screw vacuum pump motor

The screw vacuum pump is used to start the vacuum packaging of the generator set, and all normal operations are used to extract the uncured steam in the condenser. In summer, the motor temperature exceeds the standard, and the temporary cooling fan is forced to change, but the effect is not very good. The long-term high temperature operation of the motor will cause the insulation layer to become brittle and shorten its service life. The causes of the high temperature of the motor and the precautions are given

First, root cause:

(1) the motor has dust and oil, which reduces the heat dissipation capacity of the heat pipe.

(2) the rated power of the motor is large, the current in operation is large, and the heat output is large.

(3) low fan speed, low air pressure and exhaust volume.

(4) the number of fan blades is too small, resulting in a small amount of exhaust gas.

(5) the bus voltage of screw vacuum pump motor is 220V. Due to the uneven voltage drop and load distribution of the cable, the motor only increases 366v, and the working voltage is slightly lower, resulting in a large number of working current.

II. Treatment of preventive measures:

(1) adjust the bus voltage of screw vacuum pump to 350V.

(2) remove the dust on the screw vacuum pump motor every quarter, keep the motor radiator clean and improve the cooling capacity of the heat pipe.

(3) lengthen the original fan cover by 50cm, and refit an axial-flow fan with the same diameter as the fan cover inside. The rated power of the axial fan motor is 900W, the speed ratio is 1489r / mln, and the working voltage is 220V. The original fan is saved again. In addition, the axial fan is equipped with a switch power supply on the road, and the axial fan and the main motor are not interlocked. Start the axial fan immediately after the screw vacuum pump is started. After the vacuum pump stops, 40 ml stops the axial flow fan so that the main motor receives enough water to cool.
