By "helping"... you don't necessary having to contribute to the game in donation or in art or in voice acting or programming or whatsoever.
You help by telling your friends to play the game, by helping me post threads on various forums to attract players, by making videos about the game, by report all of the bugs in game, etc.
The MOST essential fact you have to understand is..... it is all about the pageviews, and you get pageview by making the game well known to the MLP community. The game doesn't have to be good to be well known.
Example: Luna's game. That game is just piece of shit that you jump around a maze and it is cupcake related horror game. And yet, that game won the MLP community that most of the people knows about the game.
