This article describes that successfully installed, the WIN10X64VM fails to 'activated' when trying to power on the VM.

Solution
Perform the CLI command in order to capture the output using command below:

Review through the captured output on the Processor state and spot that the 'Processor supports nested HW virtualization: no'.
 
Advise the user to check on the physical server CPU to make sure it is enabled with nested virtualization.
