Course project: design, development, difference from course work
In the process of studying, you reached your first serious project - a term paper. Here you will do everything yourself, based on real conditions: analytics, calculations, action program, evaluation of results.
Coursework what's the difference?
At first glance, there are no differences between them, because term paper usually contains a project developed by you. But still they are different. The course project is also an independent scientific work of the student, and the structure of their text part is the same and meets the same standards.
But, unlike the term paper, the project necessarily includes a design and calculation part. It presents technical developments on the research topic.
Since the project you have developed is supposed, at least in theory, to be introduced into the enterprise, you need to take into account the economic side of the project. At least its cost.
Therefore, in a course project, you can almost always find a part devoted to economic calculations, such as budgeting, budgeting, evaluating the profitability of a project, and many other economic indicators.
Another difference between a course project and course work: the first one requires drawings, called the graphic part.
These are 2-4 drawings on an A1 sheet. An explanatory note is attached to them, which contains the theory and calculations necessary to build the drawing.
