Every day brings a new photography theme, and with that comes the decision of which photo to submit for the challenge. I find myself torn between multiple shots, each telling a different story. Today’s theme is 'Shoes with a story', and I can't decide between a worn pair of running shoes that have traveled many miles with me or a photo of elegant heels from a special occasion. How do you all decide which photo best captures the day's theme? Do you focus more on technical quality or the emotional story behind the picture?

Choosing can be tough! I try to go with my gut feeling-first impressions often say a lot about a photo. Sometimes I also ask a friend for feedback. For AI competitions, I focus on technical details, like lighting and composition, just to match the AI's analytical side. Do you tend to stick with a favorite style or switch it up frequently?
