Most of the time hackers simply change the password. Although you cannot reactivate your account with the old password, you can still get your hacked account back. Follow these given steps.
1. Navigate to "Facebook.com" and enter your "Previous Login Credentials" then tap "Login".
2. Then you will show a screen saying you have entered an incorrect password.
3. Tap on the "Forgot Password" option.
4. Now Tick the option "Send code via email", then hit the "Continue".
5. Then you will receive a six-digit code in your mail, enter the code into the file provided, then click on "Continue".
6. Now you will be prompted with a new password for your account to enter the new password and click to "Continue button.
In the next step, you will receive a message telling you when your account will be deleted if you don't cancel. If you do not cancel, the account will be permanently deleted.
