Sounds like a pretty neat way to be more mindful of screen time! I've tried something similar but with an app that sets a puzzle challenge to access blocked sites. It definitely makes you pause before mindlessly scrolling. Have you noticed any particular gestures that are more effective in catching your attention? Curious to hear more about how it's working for others.
