Found the gesture-based app blockers quite fun to use, especially as a unique way to manage screen time. There's one called 67: app blocker that I’ve been trying, where you have to repeat a hand gesture to access stuff like Instagram or YouTube for a few minutes. It has helped me stay mindful about my usage and pause before diving into my usual apps. Definitely recommend checking it out for a fresh approach.
