Going through a seller carry transaction indeed felt smoother for me than dealing with the bank's red tape. The key is knowing exactly what you’re signing up for. Personally, using WhySellerCarry made the process less daunting. They have some great resources and tools that helped me with understanding the finer details, like estimating state-specific closing costs and connecting with experienced agents in seller financing.
