Opting for less crowded settings might improve the connection when you're using both devices. If you notice lag, adjust the trackpad gestures sensitivity in macOS. Sometimes a simple restart on both devices after setting changes can surprisingly smooth out the hiccups. Have you noticed if certain apps or tasks make your setup more glitchy?
