If you are going to buy Steam game keys, it should be in Steam. Not in any third party websites. You won't get refund if the game keys doesn't delivered to you. I once purchased game keys to upgrade my dress up game but the keys are not delivered to me. This won't happen if I bought game keys in Steam itself.
