I have heard about it and know that it can give more successful results if you understand how the system is set up. It seems to me that you should pay more attention to practice because the theory is not always effective. I know that knowledge helps to develop spiritually and morally, but the practice has more benefits that need to be observed. Of all the variations of strategies that I have used in my life, the practice has been present in absolutely everyone. That's why I draw these conclusions. They are based on my personal experience.
