I am trying to create shares in US dollars that I have owned for some time. I can't find any review to explain what to do. I need a really simple explanation of how to create a previously owned stake in US dollars and how to manage the sales revenue that changes from US dollar to pound sterling when they get into the bank. I would probably prefer to perform these transactions manually rather than looking for stock and currency prices, which may be different. Make it very simple!
