You can track the parcel if they give you the parcel code. I agree with that. You will also be able to track it using a special app. I usually use newgistics package tracking when ordering large items heavier than 2 or 4 pounds. I'd track steroids as well, of course. Ask the shipper to tell you the code and tell him you want to track the item. Sometimes couriers don't turn on the GPS during the trip if the customer doesn't need it. I'd insist on mine either way.
