Shooting is a great relief from stress. I can even call it a sort of reboot. I have been doing this for a long time and I often read about it at ballachy.com. I am a member of the Shooting Club. So my constant training takes place with three other members of the squad. We train in a closed shooting gallery. We have 3 training sessions a week. Two for accuracy and one is a mini-match with small exercises without prizes but with a general table of results and winners. The most important thing is safety. In my opinion, you don’t have to carry a gun with you. There is a time and a place for everything.
