Replace the keys if you can, or try to use an external keyboard, as the one from your PC. If your laptop is old, then I doubt that it has an integrated keyboard, so theoretically the keys should be replaceable. If you don't find any place to buy them, which is very possible, try to find a similar old model and take the keys which you need from it. It's annoying when your keyboard is not responding when you press it, I even lost some important files because of this. Good that DATA RECOVERY had my back and restored everything, every single file.
