Assuming you meet the notability criteria, the first step is to create an account on Wikipedia. Once you have an account, you can create a page about yourself by clicking on the "Create a new page" link.
When creating the page, be sure to include relevant information about yourself and why you meet the notability criteria. Once you have created the page, other Wikipedia users will be able to edit it and add additional information.
