Updated KYC documents Required

As you are aware that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has mandated all brokers to periodically verify the KYC related information submitted by their clients. This not only helps us to maintain the highest standards of compliance in conducting our business but also helps us serve you better and provide you with customized services to suit your needs.

5paisa Capital Limited, therefore, conducts an annual KYC verification for all its clients so as to update the information related to your account with us. You are therefore requested to kindly fill this KRA Form, sign and upload the same to us online along with the self-attested copy of your proof of identity and address. Please note that in case you fail to complete the required process, we shall be constrained to suspend your account until we receive the said documents from you.

You may submit any one of the following proof of identity/address along with the KRA-KYC document:

Proof of Identity
1.      PAN

Proof of Address
  1. Aadhar

  2. Voter id

  3. Valid Passport

  4. Valid Driving License
You can follow the steps below to upload your document:
  1. Click on this link
  2. Select Category "KYC/KRA" last option in the drop-down.
  3. Upload self-attested documents along with attached duly filled signed KYC form.

You may upload the said documents latest by 10th February 2021, failing which we shall be constrained to suspend your account till the receipt of the said documents from you. In case you find difficulty in uploading the document through the above-mentioned linkto

Third class customer service support
They don't tell you how to fill kyc form properly and they will make you email multiple times and each time add some shit to it but they won't tell you at a single time

From what it looks like, you just need to upload the required documents along with the signed KYC form. Sometimes it’s easier to just mail them directly to support if the online upload link isn’t working right.
One thing that might help in cases like this is using a secure identity verification service. I’ve used an identity validation API before when I needed to quickly verify my details online, and it’s pretty handy when you want to keep everything smooth and secure.
