If you're on a Mac, you may not be able to open Outlook attachments. To fix this, make sure you're using the latest version of Outlook. If you're using a different operating system, you can disable the Outlook add-in. If you're using a Windows PC, try disabling the security feature for your machine. If you're on a Mac, the issue may be a problem with compatibility mode.
