What is the difference between a hunger headache and a migraine?
#1
A hunger headache is a type of headache that is caused by hunger or fasting. This type of headache is usually mild and can be relieved by eating food or drinking fluids. A migraine, on the other hand, is a more severe type of headache that is often accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, and visual disturbances. Migraines are often triggered by certain foods, stress, hormonal changes, or changes in the environment. While both hunger headaches and migraines can be treated with pain medication, migraines may require additional medication to manage the other symptoms that accompany the headache.
