In the beverage industry there are four types of processes used to fill up the outer packaging and each process has different results. Aseptically packing products is done by heating them in a sterile environment and it is used for HDPE and tetra packs. Lastly, beverages can be tunnel pasteurized, but this technique is only useful for Aluminum cans.

The label has to be unique as this will become the product’s image, while the design of the bottle could differentiate the product from the competition more. Everything can be customized, ranging from the lid to the bottle, but using standardized can/bottle shapes is not an issue.
