The development connection
Muah AI is partially developed by game developers from DarkkyShadow. That relationship is the reason this section covers AI character writing alongside RPG design. Our references to Muah are published with that affiliation visible.
These pages share original writing exercises and developer-oriented review methods. They are affiliated editorial resources. Product features and account controls should be checked against Muah’s current official documentation.
RPG work in the public archive
DarkkyShadow’s original RPG page records a public release in August 2012 and describes character classes, progression, crafting, and story design. Its Part 2 page goes deeper into a science-fiction story structured around discovery and changing interpretations. Read the original project pages in their historical context.
An interactive character needs a reason to act, limits on what they know, and consequences that survive the next scene. Those design questions also help structure an AI conversation. The guides in this section turn them into small examples you can inspect and adapt.
The link to early AI research
Muah AI’s own history links to DarkkyShadow’s March 2018 AI research archive and records its first public alpha in April 2023 under the earlier name AI RPG. Those statements provide context for the connection between the sites.
What you can use here
Start with the character guide to turn traits into playable goals and boundaries. Continue with the branching adventure to track the effects of player choices. Then use the ten-scene continuity exercise to record what your chosen character system actually does.
The dialogues and routes are authored examples. The test scorecard leaves observed responses and scores blank. If results are published later, they should include dates, visible settings, repeat runs, and the failed cases alongside successful ones.
